These terms apply to strategiconlinecorp.com and to the services and products of Strategic Online Corp. (“we”, “us”). By using our site, or by buying or using our services or products, you agree to them. Some products have their own additional terms — for example, Review Desk’s terms. If they conflict, the product’s terms apply to that product.

Our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes. Please don’t try to disrupt it, access it by automated means that overload it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Free tools and reports (such as the local grid) are provided as-is, for information only.

Services and proposals

Consulting, analysis and marketing services are described in the proposal, order or agreement you accept. Where that document says something different from these terms, the document controls. We don’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic, reviews or revenue — search engines, AI systems and platforms like Google decide those, and they change often.

Subscriptions and payments

• Subscription products are billed in advance, usually monthly, through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; it runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, we may pause or end access to the product.
• We may change prices with advance notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• Use our services and products lawfully — including email, texting and privacy laws, and the rules of platforms such as Google (for example, never paying or rewarding people for reviews).
• Have the right to use any content, logos or customer information you provide to us.
• Don’t use our products to handle regulated health information unless we’ve agreed to that in writing; our standard products are not HIPAA services.

Ownership

You own your content and your customer data. We own our website, software, methods and materials, and grant you the right to use them as part of the service while you’re a customer. Reports and deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your business.

Disclaimers and liability

Our site, services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the relationship

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if continuing would put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and liability) survive.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. We may update them; we’ll change the date above and, for important changes, notify customers by email. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
