Strategic Online Corp. (“we”, “us”) runs strategiconlinecorp.com, provides marketing and local-search services, and offers software products such as Review Desk. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, website, Google Business Profile link, and anything you write when you fill in a form (for example, the free local grid), book a call, or email us.
- When you buy something: billing name and email, and the plan you chose. Card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

- Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected by our hosting, security and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To provide what you asked for — reports, services, and products — and to support you.
- To send you information you requested and occasional, genuinely useful emails about local visibility. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- To bill you, keep records, and meet legal obligations.
- To protect our site and services from spam, fraud and abuse, and to improve them.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with others for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run our business, under agreements to protect it — such as website and application hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), security and bot protection, analytics, and AI tools used to draft content inside our products. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or others’ safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
Your clients’ customers
When a business uses one of our products to contact its own customers, that business decides what to collect and why; we process that information on the business’s behalf and only to provide the product. Customers can unsubscribe from those emails with one click and can ask the business, or us, to delete their information.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. When you close an account, you can ask us to delete your data or send you a copy.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects you.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we’ll help.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
